Came in for scheduled maintenance (oil change and rotation). One of the most important factors in me upgrading from my GMC to Cadillac was the upgrade in service that I was told I could expect. I was promised that service would clearly exceed that of the previous dealership. Back to my experience...as mentioned I had a scheduled appt for the maintenance and arrived on time. Nearly 4 hours later I was able to get my vehicle back, and without the courtesy wash. The GMC dealership did not offer appointments but this dealership explicitly told me that they did operate off of appointments. I'm fine with the wait if I wasn't scheduled, but again I did have an appointment and I believe waiting almost 4 hrs is ridiculous. Hopefully this won't happen again as I expect the folks at the dealer to live up to their end of the bargain since I did make this lofty purchase!

Every time I step foot in this dealership I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and professionalism. The auto purchasing experience has never been so pleasant. From Samantha to James to Ms Williams to the guy in the service department to the guy detailing vehicles to the manager..I’ve never seen a TEAM get it exactly right until now. This is a model dealership that Cadillac should be very proud of the way they do business.
Could not get a loaner; finally had to bring it in anyway and have somone drive me around. Service person, Michael, was new. He called me with the estimate, and I told him to go ahead and fix it. When I picked up my car, I expressed surprise that the amount was lower than the estimate by quite a bit. The next day he called to tell me I owe another $195 and could I come in and pay it. While I appreciate his apologies, it's a real inconvenience for me. Sheila is now the ONLY service person I will deal with at Gerry Lane Cadillac. She's smart, caring, and always stays in touch while the car is there. She's the best I've ever had when it comes to service. She deserves a raise!
