Everything went fine. I do think that almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash was a bit long time to wait.

My wife had a appointment for a scheduled oil change and sat for 2 hours. No courtesy car offered, no one told her or me...two hours for a simple oil change!!! We won’t bring it for the next scheduled oil change and I’m worried about what happens on a “real service” visit!!
