Two services now with my new Escalade and horrible service. Oil change apt at 10:30. Car done 4 hours later and wife waited entire time. No one came to get her and still car work was not completed as agreed. This is my second interaction and again a complete failure. I would rather pay for the oil change service vs. wasting 4 hours of our time and still have to set up another appointment to finish the service. Previous service was also rated Poor and Zero. Quoted $100, paid $295 for service. Also now there is a loose bolt or nut or something rolling around in the roof top where the work was done since the service. I don't know what it is and how something loose got there.
