Dropped car off on a Wed, received no phone calls or update- even when calling 4 times a day. Had an appointment for the Wednesday and by Friday, the basic oil change had not begun. Was told on Friday that Monday the car would be ready. Did not receive a call until Wednesday the next week. Picked car up on Thursday and received little explanation or apologies for the terrible communication. Also- this dealership never has loaners even when booked in advance. Expect more when I bought an Escalade from this dealer. Had much better service with Acura.
